Accepting these terms

By creating an account, using WEB4, purchasing a product or service, publishing a site, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use WEB4.

The service

WEB4 is a service for designing and publishing websites. With WEB4 you can:

• choose a website design
• edit through conversational AI and direct editing tools
• save projects
• publish eligible projects
• connect supported custom domains
• export eligible projects

WEB4 may improve, modify, add, or remove features over time. A description on the site describes the service as offered, and features can change.

Your account

Saving a project, paying, exporting, and publishing require a WEB4 account. WEB4 currently uses supported third-party sign-in providers for authentication. You are responsible for the account you use to sign in and for activity on the WEB4 account it opens.

Projects are associated with the signed-in account that created them. Requests about personal information, including deletion, are described on the Data Deletion and Privacy Requests pages.

Plans and billing

A signed-in account without Founding Access can start for free. Free use includes access to the editor and up to 2 saved projects. Edits you make directly, without WEB4 AI, are available on the free plan. WEB4 AI actions, export, publishing, custom-domain connection, and WEB4 AI credit purchases require Founding Access.

WEB4 Founding Access is a one-time purchase of $49.00 USD. It unlocks the Founding Access features described on our Pricing page, including removal of the free-project limit, eligible code export, publishing, custom-domain connection, and access to WEB4 AI credit purchases. The purchase also includes 1,000 WEB4 AI Credits, added once. Those credits are not refilled every month.

Founding Access is a one-time purchase rather than a recurring builder subscription. Access remains subject to these Terms and the continued operation of WEB4. Optional WEB4 Cloud hosting is separate and is not required to use Founding Access.

WEB4 AI Credits

WEB4 AI Credits are prepaid usage credits for eligible AI-powered features. Current packs are 1,000 credits for $10.00, 2,500 credits for $25.00, and 5,000 credits for $50.00. Packs are one-time purchases. Buying credits does not start a subscription and does not include WEB4 Cloud.

Credits currently do not expire. They remain on the account until they are used. The number of credits required can vary by feature or operation. Applicable usage is shown in the product where available.

Your content

You retain your rights in the content you provide and the website content you create using WEB4. Using WEB4 does not transfer ownership of WEB4 itself, its design catalog, software, trademarks, or other platform materials to you.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to text, images, video, trademarks, and other material you upload or publish. On an eligible plan you can export your project and host those files elsewhere.

AI-generated content

WEB4 AI can write and revise site content from what you ask. Output can contain errors, and it may be incomplete or unsuitable. You should review it before you rely on it or publish it. You remain responsible for the website content you publish.

WEB4 does not guarantee that AI output will be unique, accurate, legal, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Publishing, export, and domains

Publishing makes the current saved version of an eligible project available at a WEB4 address, such as https://name.getweb4.com, when that name is available. Save the project before you publish or export. You can unpublish. Unpublishing takes the site offline. The WEB4 address can stay reserved for that project.

A WEB4 address is part of Founding Access. It is separate from optional WEB4 Cloud hosting.

Export is available on eligible plans. Custom domains are names you already own or control. WEB4 does not register or sell domains, and you remain responsible for registrar fees and for your domain registration. You can disconnect a domain from WEB4. Disconnecting it does not cancel the registration with your registrar.

WEB4 Cloud

WEB4 Cloud is an optional recurring hosting service. It is not included in the $49 Founding Access purchase. Current pricing, any included free period, and the recurring charge are shown at checkout and in account settings before you confirm the purchase. Where a promotional free period applies, recurring billing begins after that period.

Choosing to stop using the editor does not, by itself, end an optional WEB4 Cloud plan.

Acceptable use

You may not use WEB4 to:

• violate applicable law
• facilitate fraud or scams
• impersonate others deceptively
• conduct phishing or credential theft
• distribute malware or malicious code
• interfere with or attack systems or networks
• publish content that violates someone else’s intellectual-property rights
• abuse, harass, threaten, or exploit others
• attempt to bypass service security or usage restrictions
• unlawfully collect or misuse personal data

WEB4 may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or third parties, or to comply with law.

Availability

WEB4 is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Availability can be affected by maintenance, third-party providers, hosting, networks, DNS, payment services, or events outside our reasonable control.

Payments and refunds

Prices and applicable charges are shown before purchase and are in US dollars. Payments are processed through WEB4's payment provider. Refund eligibility and refund-related terms are governed by our Refund Policy.

Ending use

You may stop using WEB4 at any time. You may delete projects, unpublish sites, and disconnect custom domains using the controls available in your account.

WEB4 may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are materially violated, where required by law, or where necessary to protect the service or other users.

Disclaimers

WEB4 is a creative tool, provided as available. AI output may be inaccurate. Third-party services may fail or change. WEB4 does not guarantee that the service will be suitable for every business or use.

To the extent the law allows, WEB4 is not liable for lost profits, lost content, or indirect damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits a right that the law does not allow to be limited.

General

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy, are the agreement between you and WEB4 for use of the service. If a part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest remains in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

You may not transfer these Terms or your account to someone else without WEB4's permission. WEB4 may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, or transfer of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Continued use of WEB4 after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.
