Common questions
How do I access my purchase?
Sign in with the Google account you used at checkout. Founding Access stays on that account. Open My Projects to continue. If you used a different Google account, sign out and sign back in with the Gmail that received the receipt. A purchase does not move between Google accounts.
How does hosting work?
WEB4 Cloud is optional. When you add it, the first month is free, then it renews at $12 per month. Cancel anytime in Settings. You can also export your site and host it elsewhere. A live WEB4 address is part of Founding Access and is separate from Cloud hosting.
How do AI credits work?
Founding Access includes 1,000 WEB4 AI credits, added once. They apply to WEB4 AI in the editor. Hand edits do not use them, and they do not work with outside tools such as ChatGPT. Extra packs are 1,000 for $10, 2,500 for $25, and 5,000 for $50. Credits stay on the account until they are used. Buying credits does not start a subscription.
How do I contact billing support?
Email support@getweb4.com or use the form and choose Billing & Payments. Founding Access is a one-time $49 purchase. Refund requests are reviewed under the Refund Policy. Cancel WEB4 Cloud from Settings. Please don't send card numbers, passwords, or other credentials.
